Please read through the following carefully before placing your order. By placing your order you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.Please note that any personal information provided to Cow by you is treated as confidential and we will not pass it on any other individuals, companies or organisations.
Before placing your order, if you have any queries relating to the terms and conditions please email cow@wearecow.com and we will respond with an answer to your query as soon as possible.
DELIVERY
Cow aims to deliver your purchase within 5 working days of receiving your order, customers outside the UK should allow up to 10 working days. We will email you once your order has been dispatched.
You may select one of the following delivery methods on the final billing page:
UK Standard Delivery
3-4 working days / Royal Mail 1st Class Signed. £3.50
UK Next Day Delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery Signed £10 - Order must be placed by 1pm MONDAY to THURSDAY and your order will be delivered before 1pm on the following day.
UK Next Day Saturday Delivery
Royal Mail Special Delivery Signed £12 - Order must be placed by 1pm FRIDAY and your order will be delivered before 1pm on Saturday.
What if you are not home when Royal Mail call to deliver your order?
If you are not home at the time of delivery Royal Mail will leave a calling card for you to collect your parcel from your local post office. You must collect your parcel within 7 days, after this time Royal Mail will return your parcel to us. Once you receive your email notification of your order dispatch please keep a look out for your delivery card. Any orders that are not collected from Post Offices within 7 days and are returned to us can be re-delivered but at your own cost, we will notify you by email regarding re-delivery of your order.
Please note that Cow cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost once dispatched and we cannot refund the cost of postage once orders are despatched.

Southern Ireland Standard - £10 allow 3-5 working days for delivery
Southern Ireland Express - £15 allow 2-3 working days for delivery
European Union - £15 allow 3-5 working days for delivery
Rest of Europe - £15 allow 4-6 working days for delivery
USA and Canada - £20 allow 5-7 working days
Far East and Australasia - £20 allow 5 - 7 working days
Rest of the World - £29 allow 5- 7 working days
Please note:
For all international orders, delays can occur in customs that are beyond our control. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches its destination country.
Additional charges for customs clearance are the customer's responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
PAYMENT
The Cow online store, with its secure server, accepts all major debit and credit cards.
RETURNS
A 'cooling off' period of 7 working days applies to all on online purchases, starting the day after the receipt of the goods, during which an order can be cancelled without any reason and a full refund will be given. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We are sure you will love your Cow goodies but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order we will offer a refund or exchange on any item (excluding hosiery, swimwear and pierced jewellery) provided that you post it back to us in a securely wrapped parcel, in saleable condition with the return form completed and enclosed in your return parcel within 10 working days of receipt of your goods. The post office date stamp or franked date will be proof of your posting within the 10 working days time policy. Once you have completed your return form please ensure that you have included it in your return parcel along with your return item/s then post to the following address:

Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that we are unable to refund the cost of postage. Cow does not accept liability for any damages during return transit. Customers are responsible for adequately wrapping and insuring any returned items, and sending them back by Royal Mail First Class Recorded delivery.
Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to the card from which
the original payment was made.
Please be aware that in the interest of hygiene we do not accept returns of hosiery, swimwear or pierced jewellery. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange please be aware that:
All orginal tags must be attached.
All items must be unworn.
Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received.
Returns will not be accepted if:
Original tags have been removed.
Tags have been ‘re-attached’ by customers.
Items appear to have been worn or have any odours.
Items are not in a saleable condition.
Please DO NOT cut off tags before trying on items as we cannot accept items that have had tags cut off or ‘re-attached’ by customers. We would also advise you not to try on clothing if you are wearing perfume or deodorant which could leave a scent on the item or if you have been smoking. We also ask that you store items that you intend to return us in a safe place away from cigarette smoke and cooking smells as we cannot accept items that are returned to us with an odour.
You will find your returns form enclosed in your order parcel. If you do not have a return form or if you
require another please email cow@wearecown.com and we will email you a printable version.
PLEASE NOTE: GOODS PURCHASED ONLINE CANNOT BE REFUNDED IN STORES AND GOODS PURCHASED IN STORES CANNOT BE REFUNDED ONLINE.
