Freeman Holland step into the Dragon’s Den!

nuyuu

Dragon’s Den tycoon James Caan and former LA Fitness executive Ben Silcox launch their new gym venture this month – nuyuu  - the UK’s newest and best value for money gym chain.

When we were asked to create the branding, design & build a spanking new website & provide a design resource to nuyuu for the forseeable future there was only one thing our Creative Director Gavin Holland could say - ‘I’m in!’  (sorry just couldn’t resist getting that in somewhere.!!)

With fees of between £19.99 and £24.99 a month for a 12 month contract, nuyuu provides real value for money.

James Caan told us ”I’m delighted to be backing nuyuu. We’ve got a hugely experienced team who are dedicated to giving people what they want at a price they want, without sacrificing quality. Frankly, the gym sector is ripe for a bit of a shake up and nuyuu is a compelling proposition.”

Good luck guys!

Our latest recruit is Web Developer Ibrar (Billy) Hussain. A local lad fresh out of Salford University with a 1st class honours degree we are absolutely thrilled to have him onboard! Billy will be working on the development of new and existing client websites.

Over to star pupil Billy for a quick intro…

“Hey my name’s Ibrar Hussain aka Billy and I have just joined Freeman Holland after graduating from Salford University with a degree in Multimedia & Internet Technology. I knew that I wanted to join a company where I could quickly build up my experience and push my skills to the next level and having gained a first class honours degree Freeman Holland could see that I have the ability to do that and help the company grow. So far I have learned something new everyday, and as a Junior Web Developer I know it was the right decision to accept this position. The role is testing my experience and giving me a taste of today’s commercial working environment.“

The Freeman Holland family grows – Welcome to Jake

Jake

Welcome to Jake Welsh, our new recruit – he joins Freeman Holland Ltd as our latest in house Designer. Jake impressed us with his creativity and enthusiasm from the first interview and we think we have a real gem. He will be tackling an ever increasing diversity of project work including online, print and moving image in the coming weeks. In fact his first site went live only yesterday and he’s only been with us a matter of weeks. It’s going to be hectic but he’s young, he can handle it. Over to Jake for a quick word….

“My name’s Jake Welsh and I recently began working at Freeman Holland. I came from Salford University after Studying Design Futures on a  3 year degree course. I knew once finishing my degree that I wanted to join a company which would push my creativity to new levels and offer me exciting work. And since working at Freeman Holland it has offered just that. As a young designer it has been incredible to join a company with such huge ambition and such a strong client base. It’s great to join a company which is growing so rapidly and the company is allowing me to grow with it!”

The secret is finally out! We can now announce the launch of Secret Millionaire -  Jonathan Hick’s new personal website courtesy of Freeman Holland Ltd.

The site has been kept under wraps until the show aired on Sunday April 12th – 9pm on Channel 4. We have previously worked with Jonathan on a number of other entrepreneurial initiatives and we’re delighted to be commissioned to work with him on his personal online presence bringing together his personal biography and information on his portfolio of business interests. Jonathan went undercover in Hendon, Sunderland, to look at issues such as mental health, alcoholism and drugs in an area still reeling from the closure of its once world-leading shipyards two decades ago.
